Terms of Services

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the use of SONAA Platform.

2. Marketplace Role

SONAA is NOT a seller. Independent sellers control:

• Product quality
• Packaging
• Preparation time
• Accepting or rejecting orders

SONAA only provides the platform, payment processing, and delivery coordination.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the app.

4. Payments

• Buyers pay full order amount (product + delivery fee).
• SONAA collects the full payment.
• Seller payouts are released every 15 or 30 days.

5. Delivery

• Delivery fees are paid ONLY by the buyer.
• Sellers never pay delivery fees.
• SONAA facilitates delivery but is not responsible for delays caused by delivery partners.

6. Order Rejection

If a seller rejects an order BEFORE preparation:

• Buyer receives a FULL refund including delivery fee.
• Refund timing depends on the buyer’s bank.

7. Limitation of Liability

SONAA is not responsible for:

• Product defects
• Delays by sellers or delivery drivers
• Banking delays
• Misuse by users

Maximum liability = transaction amount.

8. Governing Law

United Arab Emirates.
