Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Buyer Cancellation

Buyers may cancel BEFORE a seller accepts the order for a full refund.

2. Seller Rejection

If a seller rejects the order:

  • Full refund to the buyer including delivery fee.
  • Refund appears 3–10 business days depending on bank.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds may not apply when:

  • Seller already began preparing the order
  • Delivery driver already dispatched
  • Order was delivered unless the seller is at fault

4. Delivery Fee Refunds

Delivery fees ARE refunded ONLY if:

  • Seller rejects
  • Buyer cancels before acceptance
  • Delivery was not initiated

Delivery fees are NOT refunded once a driver is dispatched.

5. Processing Times

Refunds are handled by banks/payment gateways. SONAA is not responsible for external banking delays.
